I don&#8217;t think I agree, but it&#8217;s an interesting argument, and the first time I&#8217;ve seen esr attack the GPL so directly. <\/p>\n<p> <span class=\"smallcaps\">Update<\/span>: this article was apparently <a href=\"http:\/\/linux.slashdot.org\/linux\/05\/07\/01\/1210258.shtml?tid=95&#038;tid=8&#038;tid=106\">slashdotted<\/a>.
