Via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schneier.com\/blog\/archives\/2007\/08\/stupidest_terro.html\">Bruce Schneier<\/a>, this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msnbc.msn.com\/id\/20441775\/\">crazy new items<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Two people who sprinkled flour in a parking lot to mark a trail for their offbeat running club inadvertently caused a bioterrorism scare and now face a felony charge.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Although I don&#8217;t hash anymore, I frequently see the characteristic flour marks while jogging in the woods.
