>>Trouble is, you're not likely to find anyone who has taken evidence with BOTH. But I hear from separate sources that they're both excellent. You could register for both, sit in the first class, look at the syllabus and requirements, and then decide.
My own experience was with Borenstein. He is a wonderful, generous teacher with a ton of practical experience to share and a quirky sense of humor. Very warm & personable. I loved the class and the final exam was very fair.
I was recently accepted into the school. Should I accept or decline?
RPS
Definitely accept. NUSL might have its issues (as detailed below), but it almost certainly has the least miserable students of any law school in the country, and excellent access to faculty and cooperative learning.
Thanks for the response. Are there any conflicting opinions?

To whomever took the roasted veggie 'n' cheez burrito out of the downstairs freezer on or about April 22: stealing is wrong, and you need to buy me a new burrito. They sell them at the Star Market. Thank you, Rachel W.
Thanks for doing this Adam! Bethany
--->DON'T KNOW WHO WROTE THIS BUT I AM STICKING TO MY STORY -- ADAM RULES FOR DOING THIS; HIS NOTES ARE PARTICULARLY AWESOME.
BUT, SO AS NOT TO DISAPPOINT -- WHAT IS WITH YOU PEOPLE EATING SO LOUDLY DURING CLASS??!! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, NO MORE CRUNCHY APPLES THAT SPAN THE COURSE OF AN HOUR, AND/OR CRACKLING CHIP AND BROWN BAGS AND SUB WRAPPERS, RIGHT IN MY FREAKING EARS!!!! EAT QUIETLY PLEASE. IT IS AS BAD AS GETTING INTO AN ELEVATOR WHEN SOMEONE HAS A SAUERKRAUT AND LIMBERGH CHEESE SANDWICH IN THERE.

Legal Practice has sucked the life out of me ... and I fear LCD is next ... CLB
I would like to give a BIG FU to myself for choosing a school that can't keep the elements off me while in class... I had no idea that "dedicated to the public interest" meant "we have no money for basic amenities." They should film "that 80's show" at Northeastern Law...
Federal Policy
I. Congress Cutting funds to States
II. Judicial Cutting access to Federal Court
III. Executive Cutting Affirmation Action
Result = Individual States doing Whatever, Whenever to Whomever it pleases?
Individual States, in and of themselves, have never protected my rights.
Do you think they will protect yours ?
Am I going to wake up one morning and see signs that say "White Only", "Colored Only" ?
In the absence of affirmative action will state governments take a policy of "benign neglect" ?
Please Tell me if I am alone in my thinking?

Hey--just read your rant about the poor quality of the facilities. Made me feel better about my school (University of Colorado). It has possibly the worst academic building I have ever been in, but at least it's weather tight.
