WTF were all those movies about? You know the ones, with the hicks and incest and farm animals. Why did we have to watch all those boring scenes of Elmer and his brother Doofus and so on? What a waste of time.

Nice guy, but poor teacher.

I think that Borenstein is an excellent professor. He gives a practical slant to the course really teaching you how to apply the law to different circumstances. He also does not bog you down with alot of theory or case law that can confuse the application. It was a refreshing and interesting class that I recommend everyone take!
