Libby is a great professor, the material is very interesting and while initially I thought everything would have a liberal slant to it I thought the material was covered in a markedly neutral manner. Libby seemed content to let us form (or continue to have) our own opinions on the variety of constitutional issues covered, and while I think some people did not speak for fear of being ostracized by the rest of the school (due to what I thought were disrespectful responses to those that did speak out in class), generally this is a great class and I'm glad I had Libby for it. I would easily take a class taught by her again.

In my opinion, Professor Adler is a good professor, not a great one. She presents material in a well balanced manner and is entertaining. Overall, you will learn a lot from her class. Her class also covers a good amount of material. However, her lack of practical experience often shows through, as she is sometimes unable to fully answer students' questions. Also, the book is too brief. Normally I'm not one to want more reading, but the book she uses leaves out too much, and you are left without a full understanding of what the court is really saying.

Classes are fun, she's definitely an exciting teacher. She's notoriously stingy on evaluations, though - I got my first "fair".
