Subrin is a great professor in any class because he makes you think. There was a lot of reading for this class, and the exam is a monster, but if you have any leanings toward litigation or you want 3:03 certification to go to court while on co-op, this is an important class to have. And its required for the trial practices as well. There is a simulation you work with (kind of like the one he does in Civil Procedure but a little more involved) that was a lot of fun and it reinforced the subjects well.
