He seemed to have given everyone "Fair"s with a few "Outstanding"s thrown in the mix. He was horrible which is why he's no longer here.

I have heard from administrators and co-op employers that his "Fair"s stick out in striking contrast to students' other course evaluations - he's done damage to my transcripts that will follow me around for the rest of my life. Can we get a count for how many people he gave "Fair"s to?

With all due respect to the above review, a fair is SUPPOSED to be detrimental. But as to Rusty's teaching style, I would put him in an eccentric class similar to Phillips or Bishop, definitely not my style of Professor. I learned the subject but only through my awesome study group and a lot of hours spent scratching our heads about what he meant by certain things. He had a difficult time focusing discussions, but his biggest weakness I think was that he is just a really boring orator, he opens his mouth and you can't help but open FreeCell? on your laptop. But I also can surmise that Property is not his favorite subject, frequently professors are better when they teach something they like. So I wouldn't necessarily be averse to taking an upper level course with him if it was in his area of practice. But I would have some serious reservations, and many other courses would probably get my enrollment instead.
