No diff available--this is the first major revision. (no other diffs)
Debbie Ramirez is a very upbeat, energetic professor. While she teaches she often likes to get "up in your face" and also likes to do alot of role playing where you are the judge and she is the prosecutor...(Probably because she used to be a prosecutor back in the day). She tends to jump back and forth between several different resources (textbook, charts, and supplemental papers), and that often gave me a headache. Beware that she also uses the Socratic Method (often liked to call on the front and back rows). She obviously really enjoys what she is teaching, but I'm not so sure she's the greatest person at teaching criminal law...When it came to studying for the exam, I really didn't know how to study because what she went over in class wasn't really useful for the exam.
